Keep Revo (drop to Level One, $9.69/wk), skip Next Gen (one incline press, average gear, and it can't do cold plunge yet anyway). Add recovery as a second venue:
- If the cold plunge matters most — Revo + Plunge Recovery (Somerton Park, 5 min) for location, or Revival Lab ($35/wk unlimited, no lock-in) for value.
- If you can skip the plunge — Revo + SA Aquatic Oaklands Park (sauna + steam, 10 min, ~$25-28/wk), or just the walkable Stamford Grand pass.

The luxury tier
Adelaide doesn't have an eastern-capital mega-club (Saint Haven etc.). This is as high-end as it gets. None are beachside — all ~20 min north.
